Annual 2009 subscriptions, which include four issues of the quarterly as well as our 2010 calendar, are available for $65 for U.S., $85 for Canada & Mexico, and $110 for Global International. We accept credit cards via Paypal. Lanyap Publications will charge a minimum of $10 per any payment returned for nonsufficient funds.
